Believe me, I know how it feels to feel lost and in the wrong place. I have always been a searcher, I have travelled the world and done a lot of fun and exciting things, but I also know how it feels to wake up in the morning and not have anything to look forward to; how it feels to feel lonely and to only hearing that negative self-talk. I have time and time again been faced with questions such as – Is this it? Is this all that life is about?

I now know that we all have a purpose, and your purpose is to find your purpose and give your whole heart and soul to it.

The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.

My mindset is that Everyone has the capacity to develop and increase focus, wellbeing and compassion because these are skills, and all skills are trainable.

My great passion in this life is to guide others to be true to themselves, to gain access to their inner brilliant power, to live whole heartedly and to feel love for themselves.

I am a certified women’s coach with One Of Many, a Global Yoga instructor and a Mindfulness instructor through the Mindfulness Center. I have a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Business Management and Human Resources and I currently work as a Global Competence Lead and owns the company SASS (be true, be you).

I have a great passion for Empowering Women, Development, Wellness, Self-Awareness, and Leadership development.

I have held various roles in the Human Resources area, and I have among other things worked as Change manager, Competence and Wellness Manager and Project Manager. I have always had a big focus on Personal development, and I have supported managers and their teams to develop themselves, their team, and their business. I have a good understanding of the challenges faced in different organizations and environments.

When working with Leadership Development it is very clear to me that those leaders who are committed to investing time and energy into long-term self-development and team-development are the ones that end up being more successful.

My focus during the last couple of years has been to support and develop leaders and teams to develop themselves and each other. We live in a world that changes fast and I have a passion for a Sustainable workforce and to Empower Women to Succeed without burnout.

Our coaching collaboration will focus on your personal and professional development and to ensure that you achieve the goals you set.

We begin our collaboration with a 60-minute meeting where you can tell me more about what you want to achieve with our coaching sessions. The conversation gives us both the opportunity to get to know each other and creates an understanding of what you need to get the most out of our sessions.

I will then put together a suggestion on a suitable coaching package that will suit your needs.

  • Through coaching questions, I guide you to reflect on the current situation and what you have tried so far. What has worked well and not so well?

During most of my working career, I have worked with a lot of men. I have often been the only woman in a room with just ‘suits’. I was expected to adapt and understand that things had to be done a certain way. I was to believe, that to fit into a corporate environment I had to be a little bit less of myself and bring out a bit more of my masculine side. It was a lot about competing with each other and climbing the career ladder. To succeed I was expected to copy what other successful people were doing and needless to say, most of them were men. It was hard to find female role models.

I want to encourage all women to be true to themselves (be true, be you). I’m tired of seeing people burn out because they are trying to live up to unreasonable expectations that are put on them by themselves and their society.

It’s time to get rid of the superwomen outfit and to start using your soft power.

Be true to who you are and dare to challenge the way we have worked in the past. The past has taken us far, but we need something different in the future. How do you want to be treated by others, what type of role model do you want to be yourself?

Be the change you want to see in the world. You have so much power within you. Fewer and fewer people are looking for role models who knows absolutely everything and who will go to any length and step on any toes to get there. We want to see role models that are showing empathy, compassion, who are looking after people and who are encouraging people around them to flourish. We are looking for role models that are striving for win-win scenarios and who want to leave the world a better place.

Over and over again, I have seen the magic that happens when women come together in a safe space. A space where we can lift each other up.
